Pest Removal
We have designed our pest removal services to be so thorough on the outside that in most cases, you should not need treatment inside the structure, though inside treatment is always included at no extra cost. We eliminate pests using a combination of the following methods:
- We use a 24 foot extendable pole to remove spider webs and spider egg sacs.
- We use a residual insecticide to create a perimeter barrier around the structure.
- We use a water-activated granular to create second perimeter barrier around the structure.
- We use a water repellent dust to treat the gaps, cracks, and crevices around the foundation.
- We use a granular bait in landscape beds.
By combining these methods, we are able to quickly eliminate and remove pest infestations. Pest removal services are priced upon inspection.

After pests have been eliminated with our pest removal services, the best way to prevent pests from re-infesting a property is to maintain continuous protection. We provide ongoing protection through preventative treatments every 2-4 months. Ongoing pest protection services are priced upon inspection.

Rodent Removal
We eliminate rodents using a combination of the following methods:
- We use traps inside to quickly get rid of rodents inside the structure.
- We seal entry points to keep rodents from invading the structure.
- We install rodent bait stations to keep outdoor rodent populations in check.
By combining these methods, we are able to quickly eliminate and remove rodent infestations. Rodent removal services are priced upon inspection.

Stinging Insect Removal
We eliminate stinging insects using a combination of the following methods:
- Whenever possible, we will relocate honey bees.
- We use a portable vacuum with a HEPA filter to remove the stinging insects and their nest(s).
- We use a residual insecticide to treat nesting areas.
By combining these methods, we are able to quickly eliminate and remove stinging insect infestations. Stinging insect removal services are priced upon inspection.
Yard Mosquito, Tick & Flea Services

We eliminate mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas by using a combination of the following treatment methods:
- We use a contact insecticide to eliminate adult mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas.
- We use an insect growth regulator to prevent immature mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas from maturing into reproductive adults.
- We use a chitin synthesis inhibitor to reduce viable egg production in reproductive adult mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas.
By combining these treatment methods, we get fast control of mosquito, tick, and flea populations. Mosquito, tick, and flea removal services are priced upon inspection.
Yard Mosquito, Tick & Flea Protection
After mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas have been eliminated with our mosquito removal services, the best way to prevent nearby mosquitoes from re-infesting a property is to maintain continuous protection. We provide ongoing protection by treating the property every 3-5 weeks during the warmer months (typically mid-March to mid-October). Mosquito, tick and flea protection services are priced upon inspection.

Termite Inspection
We inspect for termites and signs of termites, including:
- Live termites
- Dead termites
- Termite damage
- Termite frass
- Termite shelter tubes
We typically document our findings on the industry-standard NPMA-33 Form, which is the most often required for real estate transactions, but if for some reason you need a different form, let us know!
Termite Removal
We eliminate termites using a combination of the following methods:
- We use an expanding liquid foam to directly treat termite damaged wood.
- We use a wood preservative to treat exposed wood surfaces.
- We install in-ground termite bait stations strategically placed around the structure.
By combining these methods, we are able to quickly eliminate termite infestations. Termite removal services are priced upon inspection.

After termites have been eliminated with our termite removal services, the best way to prevent nearby termite colonies from re-infesting a property is to maintain continuous protection. We provide ongoing protection by maintaining bait stations strategically placed around the structure being protected every 10-12 months. Termite protection services are priced upon inspection.

We inspect for bed bugs and signs of bed bugs, including:

Bed Bug Removal
We eliminate bed bugs using a combination of the following methods:
- We use a non-residual spray to treat mattresses and upholstery.
- We use an insecticidal dust to treat wall penetrations such as outlets and light switches.
- We remove all accessible bed bug adults, bed bug nymphs, bed bug eggs, and shed exoskeletons using a portable vacuum with a HEPA filter.
- We use a residual spray to treat box springs, bed frames, furniture, and baseboards.

Bed Bug Fumigation
Bed bugs can infest a number of personal items that are unable to be treated directly. Bed bugs are sometimes re-introduced to properties where the bed bugs had otherwise been eliminated when untreated, infested personal items are returned to the property. We have fumigation chambers, and can fumigate items that cannot be treated any other way, such as electrical or otherwise sensitive personal items. Bed bug fumigation services are priced upon inspection.
